Choose from over 140 condominiums throughout the Summit area. Most condominiums
have access to pools, hot tubs, saunas, and racquetball courts. All
of our units come with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, microwave,
and color/cable TV. This variety of unit sizes and types allows you
to select the accommodation that best fits your needs.
Private Town homes / Homes / Chalets
Our private Town homes, Homes and Chalets range in size from cozy town
homes sleeping 4 to large rambling homes sleeping over 20. Many of these
homes have extra amenities such as private hot tubs and/or saunas. Some
have workout facilities, wet bars, and pool or ping-pong tables. These
dwellings are most definitely a "home away from home."
Groups
Mtn Managers takes great pride in their group program. Whether your
group consists of 20 or 500 people, we have the facilities and expertise
to assure a smooth, enjoyable trip. Take a look at these "standard"
group benefits. You'll receive express check-in and your ski rentals
and lift tickets will be ready for you upon arrival. We will pre-arrange
free shuttles to the ski areas and have our group coordinator greet
and help with any last minute details. Ski parties and meetings can
also be arranged. Let us take care of all your group requirements and
leave the vacation fun to you.

Location
Summit County is located just 75 miles west of Denver. Skiing in Summit
County means convenience - Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone,
and Arapahoe Basin are all just a few miles apart.
Ski In/ Ski Out
These accommodations offer the luxury of skiing to and from your vacation
unit. Imagine skiing to your condo for lunch or soaking in a hot tub
moments after you've finished skiing for the day.
Walk-To
Again, you're close to the lifts and all the amenities the ski areas
have to offer. A short walk and you're back in your vacation lodging
in front of a roaring fire.
In-Town
Being in town means easy access to activities, restaurants, pubs, shops,
and grocery stores. Hop on a free Summit Stage shuttle and in minutes
you are skiing at one of Summit County's World Class Resorts.
Outlying Areas
Take the opportunity to stay in condominiums, town homes or chalets
that back up to U.S. Forest Service Land, or are located near the shores
of Lake Dillon. What a treat it is to have the high country wilderness
around you! Most locations have shuttle service to the ski areas or
are within easy walking distance. These units are generally located
in Frisco/ Dillon or Wildernest. For the skier that wants to sample
all of Summit County's great skiing, and maybe spend a day at Vail,
this is the way to go!

Our Main office is located at Exit 203 at the junction of I-70 and HWY 9

(across the parking lot from the Holiday Inn) 1121 N. Summit Blvd. in
Frisco.
Our Keystone office is open during special hours and is located off I-70, exit 205, South to Keystone, and the Office is on the left side accross from the gate.
